I just go to test Stockfish 13 vs Fat Fritz 1.2 in of the kings indian variation, here's the game with 237 moves!!

Stockfish 13 crush Fat Fritz with superb play at last.

And also very fantastic is that, actually when 172 moves, it actually even a pawn exchange is not even happen!! There's none exchange from 1-172 moves, insane right?

Accuracy: White 97.5 Black 96.1

#47 Back in the day was there was a question: Is chess a game, a sport or art?
I suppose it should be is chess a game, a sport, a science or art.
I found that game a miserable experience.
Machines conclude machines played the absolute best moves, gosh.

Yes, very rare: a "gum wall"! But against Fat Fritz 2.0 would be harder happy.png

Chess is a wonderful game that can be enjoyed in multiple ways. I have played hundreds of games at chess.com and in real life. Today I prefer to try to predict the moves played by the best engines in the World, all better than the best GMs (ask to GM Nakamura, that accepts to play against them only with 2 more pawns) . That's the ART of computing science happy.png

But it is really hard to play a game with no exchange from 1-172 moves.

Updated SuperBlitz 32 with a lot of new engines. Killfish 1.4 Hybrid is still first because it has won the only game strangely lost by Stockfish 13 (3th) In post-analysis Stockfish 12 doesn't plays pawn in g5 but in h5 . You can download the PGN of the game. (I have tried to insert a chessboard importing the PGN , but I cannot find the buttons to replay the game. If you want you can insert the player in a comment) .

Just updated the Super Blitz 32, KillFish 1.4 Hybrid is still 1st, beyond Fat Fritz 2.0 (5th) and StockFish 13 (6th) ... Now I switch to the Long Time Tournament on Mac M1 that calculates 10-50 times faster, with all best programs available for it.

Avatar of ericthatwho

Whats the buzz Stock fish,Fat fritz,Komado must new chess engines can beat you even Rybka

Avatar of Alemor64

Hi jjlai1111  and all chessplayers interested in engines!

I must suspend the long time tournament due to eccessive soldered internal SSD usage on my Mac mini M1. But I'll continue to search and update my engines (I'm looking for an external SSD to install there the whole system)  If you likes, continue the tests on your hardware and publish results.  I'll follow you.  if you already doesn't know, you can download all the free versions here

The best rating list is JCER https://chessengines.blogspot.com/p/rating-jcer.html

I think that other rating lists aren't very accurate. (Old engines and hardware and strong engines are often not considered!) You could use all the hyper-selected competitors of the Super Blitz 32.
