Im new to the online chess world. This was one of my first games. I did win the game as (White)  but im trying to figure out where did (Black) go wrong, as well as what should I have done better

1 - Don't sac your queen, against a competent opponent you would have lost that game.

2 - I would say your opponent messed up w/ 14... Na6, there's no need to sac the bishop for an easily defensible mate in one chance.

3 - 19...Nf6 was probably much better than Rd7, blocks your attack, attacks the d5 bishop.

4 - Obviously missing mate in one with 22...Rb7 was bad.

Your opponents opening is called the Scandinavian Defence. Correct play is to capture the pawn, 2. exd5, and after 2... Qxd5 play 3. Nc3 to develop your knight and force his queen to move.

Generally speaking, white has a slight advantage in this opening, but nowhere near large enough for you to worry about.

-- Sacrificing the Queen, or ANY piece, without some kind of calculated understood compensation is bad -- and the worst thing about this game is you got away with it and so still need convincing.

If your primary goal right now is to have fun and win a few, lose a few, then play opponents of your own level, like your opponent here.

If your primary goal is to improve your game, then play opponents stronger than yourself.

The Bishop and Queen sacs in this game are fundamentally incorrect. You can't really progress in your chess play while considering either of these moves as anything but blunders.
