Here is a slow game I played today, with a tactic at the end.

Qa5 followed by Rxe3 was nice!

In the opening 4.Bb5+ is slightly awkward. You can simply push his bishop away to an inferior square by playing 4... c6! His best would be to retreat with his bishop to e2 then (passive and blocking the e-file, but the square d3 is worse of course). If he plays 5.Ba4 instead, you simply go 5... Qe7+ and you are already better! If White plays 7.Re1 a6 8.Bxd7+Qxd7 9.d4 Nc6 10.Ne5! Nxe5 11.Qxe5 he is slightly better because you can't castle.
