Can anyone offer any analysis? I put some, but I don't think that they're accurate, because I have a low rating.

white should play 16.Rd8+ then after Kg7 Rxg8+ Kxg8 Re8+ winning the c8 bishop.

 and white has an easy win because the black knight cant get out.
