Game Review rarely working

I play Chess on my laptop using Chrome.  Lately, after a game Game Review does not work.  It just hangs up.  This also happens when I try Game Review on my previous games.  This started within the last week.   Paying for Chess.com yearly, I expect Game Review to work or I should be refunded my money.

Sometimes Game Review doesn't work because I have too many windows open and my computer is low on memory.

Sometimes, my browser cache need to be cleared.

Sometimes my computer needs a restart

Have you tried all these things?

I have done all those things. My memory utilization is 40%, I have cleared by cache, when I reboot, I get one game review and on the second review it gets stuck at the 1%.

I also experience the same thing as the second guy

Are you running the review immediately after the game from the dialog that pops up? Or are you running it from your history?

I have tried it both ways and have the same issue. BTW, I am using Chrome as a browser.

I haven't seen any systemic issues running reviews from the game history.
