That is way too high. Based on this game, he played amazing. The Youths' tournaments are very prestigeous.

1656 would mean like a 1800-2100 chess.com (unless he's played a lot of games otb). 1650s are very unpredictable. They either play super good or super bad. Awful estimation based on the player's moves.

1450-1550 seems the right place. The player has just gotten a good game.

Some people perform better on otb tournaments I have seen some people be 1600 online and 2000 fida I was just looking at the game lol and it reminded me of a 1600 fida I played in rapid (non otb ) maybe slightly worse but idk it could be a 100 point difference give or take
