Well, I’m not completely sure but I think they just want you to get a membership which I have done otherwise it’s really annoying, isn’t it?

If you want to get better, I strongly advise looking up other openings. you seem to strongly rely on your opponent blundering checkmate, but getting your queen out early is a great way to get punished going up the rating ladder. The Italian (moving your kingside horsy instead of your queen on that square - f3) will get you better results going up the rating ladder. Also, don't be afraid to use more of your time to think, you often finish games with about half of your time or more left on the clock. If you want to play at that speed, maybe consider playing 5 minutes blitz
