Help me understand this analysis - Sacrifice the Queen to save a Pawn?

I moved Qe5 (on move 9) to move away from the Knight's threat. The analysis says "ok" but it says the best move would be Bb6 to "protect a pawn" Why would I give up my Queen to save a pawn?
