Help on annotating and analyzing my game [Beginner]

Hi! I'm quite new here. Can someone help check my game and see if this is how I should annotate it? Also I'm not sure how to find mistakes in the game. I'm getting only a 10% accuracy in this game in particular, but which moves can I improve? 

Well, you missed all kinds of knight fun, not just ne5 but also like 14. nb5 which more or less just wins.  More generally, when your ahead in development and your opponent is trapped in the center, rip open the center.  You had the idea, but you dilly dallied, and also didn't seem to realize that it was the dfile that was going to get opened, not the efile.

But I agree this computer is way too weak for you if your playing carefully. 

Thanks guys. I will increment the computer difficulty, just learnt chess a month ago so I'm taking things slowly.

@PawnstormPossie ok, is it more of doing annotations while I play, or after the game as a hindsight?

@ArtNJ True, I got confused with the file I should position my pieces and also did not take the initiative immediately.

@FaZeEliteIron Just my opinion. 6...Nxf2 removes a defender pawn from the kingside and forces 7.Kxf2, removing white king's ability to castle. Although there seems to be no immediate checkmate threat, I will lose some tempo if I want to bring the king to safety and activate the h file rook  towards the center.

I think so, black knight's dead anyway.
