You can also play 4...Bb4, when 5.f4? allows ...d5! 4...Na5 is also possible of course.

I hope you find this useful, and read through all of it. I spent some time on it!
I was black in this game. I thought my opening went fairly well, but I quickly got attacked by pawns marching towards my castled king. I was hesitant to push my own pawns forward in fear of exposing my king, but I unwisely didnt deal with the pawns coming forward and then ended making a careless blunder with my knight and lost. what would have been a better way to deal with the pawns coming towards my king?
