How is this a great move when it leads to M1?

The computer in this situation says 10. Nb8 is an excellent move but it blunders mate in 1.
Why must the computer be like this?
Edit: on the Chess.com game review it was listed as an excellent move.

If one side is losing anyway, any move is as good as any other.

I may be missing something but i feel like Rf6 would have been a better move

It would have been but only delays mate by one move
