The king cant move up or down a rank because of the queen and the rook. It cant move right because of the queen in the corner, and it cant move left because of the knight.
How is this a stalemate?

Where can the White King move?
Yout Rook covers the 5th rank. your Queen on b3 covers the third rank. Your other Queen and your Knight cover the last two squares.
Stalemate.
Why did you need so many pieces?
The reason I ask is that you only stalemated him because you've got WAY more pieces than you need. If you removed every Black piece and Pawn except for the King and one of the Rooks, the checkmate is easy with no chance of stalemate.
