Apparently after 5.e5 there's no danger anymore, and you can just grab the pawn.

In the game I didn't like 6...Bd7, but it's hard to explain why without showing a similar opening.

As for white, move 22.e6 makes no sense. It hurt white's structure and gave your pieces more activity (like opening the rook on f8). Move 30.Nd3 is a typical silly move "look, I played a tactic because you can't take my knight" but it doesn't actually serve any purpose, and soon after you have the real tactic 32...Bxf3. After that, the minor piece endgame is an easy win because bishop vs knight with pawns on both sides plus your extra pawn.
Although I won this game, I am not entirely happy with the way I played. I am not sure I played the opening correctly, then lost a pawn, then made some mistakes in the middlegame. Finally I won a pawn in the endgame and won. Besides learning what I could have done better, I want to know if my opponent could have defended better. The time control was 30+0. I have not done the computer analysis.
