How should this finish?

I'm playing Black but I think White was in better position just a move ago.

Well, your actually up a pawn.  I'm no expert, but I would move your queen to f8.  If he takes your rook, take with queen.  If he takes your queen, take with rook or bishop.  Sorry I was the only person who took the time to look at your post.  Hope my advice helped, even though I am low ranked.Smile

first of all, there are 7 pawns on each side. second, if Qf8, white plays Qxe5+ and to protect his knight, black would have to play Qe7 and then white world take the rook on h8 for check.unfortunately, there isn't any way to avoid losing material because both the beshop and the rook are hanging.

i think white was better also, here is what i would have done differently.

 I think that's what I would have done if I were white as well ... trade queens and snag the bishop for a bonus.  Thanks for the comments.
