How to avoid outright blunders?

There's a checklist, but it's lengthy. The only way to get through it is to play slower chess. Eventually you'll learn to "see" these sorts of things without stopping to think about them, but only after many repetitions. Do lots of tactics here or on other chess sites.
1. Will my king be safe after this move?
a. can my opponent give check?
1. back rank
2. 2nd/7th rank sacrifice
3. knight move
4. long distance: bishop, rook, queen
2. Will my queen be safe after this move?
3. Are any of my pieces unsupported?
4. Are any of my pieces pinnable?
5. Are any of my pieces forkable?
That'll do for a start. Also don't forget to run the checklist against your opponent
When I play the game, I failed to foresee or perhaps I was overcome by other circumstance. In the end I make a terrible blunders, as in this game 30. .. Rd5. How to avoid such silly blunders in the game? Is there any check list
