Bullet and blitz is chess. Its just not an accurate estimate of someones ability, unless they are an established titled player.

I mean, I swear I could've heard somebody saying something before about low rated players being "weak" or something, hmm. Some, "How to (usually checkmate or something) a (insert rating or title) plus whatever other comment. Maybe a, "I just (strong word for beaten) a (insert title or famous player)".
