if you're bad at rapid and good at blitz:
in a 15|10 game sit there for 12 minutes and then blitz out the rest of your game! easy way to win!

If this may help, usually check what you think is the best move is, 2 or more times, and think as if you are on the opponents side, think what they would do. If the opponent has a move, but it doesnt affect anything about your position, Your move is probably a good move. Think about other moves and repeat this process.
I don't know if this may help but in a 15|10 game, I typically end the opening, or 12 moves around the 13:30 mark (around 3.5 minutes), I play the next 24 moves of the middlegame up to the 3:00 mark(around 15 minutes), and the rest of the endgame with the remaining amount of time.
For a 30 minute game, I play the opening first 12 moves within 6 minutes, 15 minutes for the next 24 moves of the middlegame, and the remaining 9 minutes for the rest of the endgame.
As for improving your skill, you can study middlegame fundamentals such as isolated center pawn theory, blockades, attacking theory, and more. Hope this was helpful!
I found this helpful. Thanks for tracking your games.
Excessive amounts of tactics will take u to the next level Nubby. Also if you want private lessons you can message me and we can do something.

You got to leave all life stresses behind & stay 100% focus on the game. Something I'm unable to do right now cause my mum is sick in hospital but once she's hopefully out, I'll be back.

Sorry about your mother :/
Okay. You play 15/10, have much time, but are impatient.
Suggestion: Let your time run on purpose. Not all of it (you don't wanna lose), but a minute. Just watch the clock run for a minute. Your problem is not that you are a bad player, you have to train patience.
You need think about all the possibilities, and think at least 3 half-moves ahead, ie: my next move, his response(s), my responses
Also, do not always play the obvious response, ie: opponent is attacking my queen, so I must move my queen, maybe instead, you can check and fork the piece that's attacking your queen.
Here is a video of a GM breaking down the middle game so it might help:
