For checkmate you could use this command after the game:
{[%c_effect e6;square;e6;type;Winner,f3;square;f3;type;CheckmateWhite]} 0-1
Just replace the "e6" and "f3" squares with your needed squares.
For Resignation you could you use this command after the game:
