How to view analysed game?

I had a computer analysis done and downloaded the PGN file for it. When I open it in my current viewer, I don't see any of the comments, much less the ability to follow alternate threads that are included in the notes. I did go through that using the built-in viewer on this site, but I was wondering if there's a viewer I can download with the same capabilities.

Yes, you should be able to download the PGN of the computer analysis game and then open that file in some type of PGN viewer program such as Chessbase or some other chess PGN viewing program.

Yes, I have downloaded it already, I'm asking what it's best to view it with. It sounds like you're recommending something called Chessbase? I hope it's free :)
