He actually isn’t lying. If you check your history on who you play with you can see the bots and they so called ‘accounts’

Everybody is wrong here because accusing me of cheating against a bot lol and nobody reads the fair play policy that says that this rule doesn't apply for bots and the community rules say that yoi cannot accuse anybody of cheating in forums

You read the fair play policy: it clearly states that you can use an engine against non-players(bots), but NOT regular players
