Play e5 against e4, avoid c5 (the Sicilian).
I can't get better

Being a bit overdramatic, aren't we? Lots of folks would love your won/loss record...

Just take a little time off and hammer away at those Lessons. Yeah it takes a while to see improvement, but you can't give up. Keep studying, as well as playing and puzzle solving, and you'll get better. If chess were easy, it wouldn't hold the same fascination for all of us. You're doing fine.

You are limited by genetics, resources and talent.
Simple as that. You can train 8 hours a day for years, you'll eventually hit a ceiling.
Now where that ceiling is for each player changes.
Always check your intended move is no blunder before you play it.
That alone should prevent many losses.

You are limited by genetics.......
Or you could get a sex change from male to female and win that way.

No matter how hard I try to win I can never win. I try online coaches, play puzzles all day, and try certain chess apps to help with tactics but once I hop into a game I look like the worst player to ever touch a board. It's getting frustrating on how I try all these things but I can never get better. I'm considering just quitting chess.
I think you should keep playing. Maybe you'll get better. I'm awful at chess to but I still play
Sure you can! I don't know what your chess ambitions are, but you can become quite a bit stronger than you are now--and it's not that hard!
When your opponent moves, you need to ask yourself, "what is he threatening?" Does he have and check, captures, or threats? Are there any immediate threats you need to deal with NOW!
The you have to ask yourself "Do I have any checks, captures, or threats?" Look at all of them! Here is where you will pick up the free pieces and pawns, instead of giving them away.
It is more important to recognize your opponent's threats than miss one of your own If you miss a chance, another one is sure to come along. If you miss a threat, you may not get a chance to recover!

You're not trying hard enough. Coaches and resources won't make you better without hard and active work from you
