I can't move knight

Hi, can someone explain to me why we can't move right knight from starting position to c6 while under check from queen on b5? Is there a rule or is this a glitch, in the end I had to move bishop to c7. I would upload a screenshot but idk how in the app.

Do you have a link to the game? Under normal circumstances you should be able to.
