I can’t seem to win a single endgame

Hey, I’ve been playing chess for a few months and I’ve plateaued around 750-800. I find myself getting so frustrated with endgames. It seems like every game I’ll be up by 3+ material and end up losing the game. Knights are so exhausting to deal with I feel like it uses all my mental facilities to make sure I don’t get forked but it’s hard to calculate/ I’m not paying enough attention.

Do you guys have any recommendations on how to get better at endgames or what to study?

if you look at some of my past loses you’ll see what I mean. I’ll have a good advantage and then screw up in some stupid way because I don’t know what to move.

thanks
