I had white in this position. My opponent was rated 200 points above me. Early on in the game I did end up losing a pawn, along with my abilty to castle. However I did still have some counter play. I was fighting for equality.
Eventually the game came down to a Rook + Bishop vs Rook + Bishop of same color. I have white here.
I don't understand why my opponent resigned. I would have accepted a draw offer if he gave me one. I was white.
