Instead of 6... h6, play 6... 0-0. You shouldn't be worried about 7. Nxf7 Rxf7 8. Bxf7+ Kxf7 because you get two pieces for a rook, which should give you an advantage this early in the game. This is because the rooks don't have as much mobility as the minor pieces until the endgame.
Instead of Bxf2+, play Qe7 or Qd7 to get out of the fork. As far as I see, Bxf2+ just gives up piece.
Ng4+ gives up another piece. Instead, play Qe7 or Qd7.
I don't know why he did not play Qf3 to try to trade down pieces. If I were white, I would try to trade down in order to minimize your counterattacking chances.
