Wasn’t due to any mistakes or such but rather due to inaccuracies which costed some positional advantage I think which slowly built up or made it where you wished you could take back a turn.
And trading your knight for their bishop and getting the pawns on top of each other became a weakness which diverted you to defend it.

We all sometimes lose to players way lower rated to us. You got a draw; that isn't even as bad as a loss
