improve via moves analysis

Hello to you,

I wish to both play (a computer program) and go through high level matches while being able to watch each move's 'thinking' of the options and their analysis by the program

Is this possible with Chessmaster Grandmaster 11 ? otherwise could you kindly advise what are the recommended programs?
