Incorrect game review analysis

I have noticed that the Chess.com game review is often incorrect. For example, it suggests the knight is lost in the position below, but the knight can clearly move to d6. It often makes other incorrect assessments. Interesting to see if other users have the same problem.

Assessment will depend on the strength of the review that was ran. Did you look at the Show Tactic or run analysis to see what it gives if Nd6 is played?

Found out the best line, from an engine evaluation standpoint was not to move the knight, instead counter-attack the bishop. So it's not a review issue; it's interpreting the best evaluating line.

Technically, the knight wouldn't be lost, as there's an even trade that happens.

Game review run on fastest setting is rather bad--not surprising given the speed it does the analysis.

If you do the normal analysis, you'll see the lines and evaluation changes over time.

The best response loses a knight

I think game review should be overhauled to recognize a sacrifice. I routinely sacrifice big pieces to gain better positions against the opponent, and I want my efforts to be acknowledged.

look at the line it suggested in my elo they expect people to ignore trades I certainly see the potential of loss by trading pieces but for my elo it's not realistic they will just take it would never get that far

The reviews are pretty accurate, it says the knight is lost because giving up the knight is probably the only way to not get mated here. If ND6, then I would continue the pawn push with g5 and open up your whole kingside with QH5 ideas followed by mate.
