Yes. Usually just book move games, with maybe a blunder on the opponent side and you take advantage of that and they just resign.

I got an 100 percent accuracy game before, but in order for it to be 100 the game has to be only a few moves.

If 1. f3 e5 2. g4 Qh4# isn't 100% for black, then it's impossible to get 100% accuracy.

It must be possible but that doesn't mean it would be good, since the computer often recommends bad moves.
