Is it possible to get 100% accuracy in a game?
My best ever accuracy in a game I reviewed was 94%. Especially if the game goes over 10 moves or so, I would regard anything over 95% as suspicious, though not irrefutable evidence of cheating.

100% accuracy game are achieved by playing a lot of book moves (like the Italian) then proposing a draw or resigning
