I was in the mood for sacrifices this game even if not correct ones, it was 10 minute game so i wanted to sacrifice all my pieces and set fire on the board, do you think i missed any mate in the game? i couldn't see one, i need more practice. were there better ways to continue the attack?

Ok here is my full analysis...

9. Qe2 was a mistake...the bishop was already pinned. Better was fxg7 trading off your hanging pawn and weakening his kingside.

10. Bg5 was OK unless you meant to sac the pawn to help develop, otherwise Nc3 would have been better.

19. Qxh5 I didn't look at it very long but I think you could have continued your attack.

I hope you don't play this way in tournaments because if you ever play a experienced chess player then they won't let you get so much compensation for all those sacked pieces.

yawn another "look how good I am post" under the guise of "gee, will anyone help me analyze this game?". The annotations made me want to puke.

me too. maybe u should focus more on improving and less on showing off how "good" u are. just my two cents worth

glad you enjoyed it then, there is no harm in playing attacks even if wrong, that way u learn, if u play like grandmaster u wont learn much, anyway its  just my humble opinion.

interesting logic.  don't learn or you wont have anymore to learn.

FifthDimension i played Qe2 so not to exchange queens even tough i thought it was probably not the best move, and yes Nc3 instead of Bg5 was better, i did move it very fast and i knew i was sac-ing  a pawn but still Nc3 was better, and now i analyzed the game too i think i missed a mate instead of sacrifcing my knight on d6 i shouldve played it maybe to e6 or something and i would had a mate.

23. Qd7+ wins queen for the rook, and i am sure from there you should be able to force a mate

This is a very good example of a "fire on the board" blitz game. Of course it isn't accurate, but if you're an amateur chess player with no plans to be a master in the near future, you should not give upon these beautiful sacrifices. Congratulations for an amazing game, let's not get grandmasters this time to analyze for the mistakes!

Yes, improvements, sound sacs, strengthening our play...these are all overrated anyway.

Your sarcasm is noted, but those things ARE overrated if we aren't having fun Sealed

Nc3 Should have been played first  instead of Bc4.OK the bishop move looks tempting, but its not the right move. That is why he took your pawn on e4.There is an on line game am playing now of petrov defence. You can check the game out.

Players of unsound sacs are underrated?

Yes i think i missed mate only once in the game with not playing Ne5 on move 17 or something, and also its true not every sacrifice was a correct one, and in chess time pressure and psychology play a big part during games, sometimes the best defenses are found after the game is finished when analysts can think cooly without the pressure under the game and using computers sometimes, but during a game we all know how sometimes we don't do the best moves or defenses and only after game we find it out, last time i was reading in chess.com article about the young tal it write that tal at first used to always lose lots of games while down in material trying to mate the opponent king and play aggressive, but with enough practice he later defeated masters and grandmasters same way, same dynamic play can be seen with kasparov, morphy, alekhine etc. even tough not same style but if all of them from old time players to modern can play and execute tactical fireworks it still can be done in these days too, but usually these days grandmasters settle for quick draws, quick exchanges, i am sure if tal was alive today he would still win against grandmasters as he used to with sacrifices and attacks, so i humbly think its wrong when a player plays deep strategic plays when he havent mastered tactical games first, and just knowing how to fork with a knight isn't all there is to it.

I'm sure you're completely correct about the theory, but I think 7.Bb3 is just the best move!

You are right abt Bb3 being the best move in a computer like play, no doubt about that but in this game it doesn't go with my plan which is to be ahead in development and continue the attack and not let his all pieces come into the game and finish the game well before that, if i retreat the bishop than i would have changed plans and gone for more calmer lines, and also like if i took g7 with my pawn i would have developed his king bishop which it wouldve controled good center square lines, and also Nc3 instead of Bg5 was correct computer like move but also it didnt go well with game plan i wanted to make him move the queen many times picking up pawns and then escaping my minor pieces so my attack can get rolling while his king is in middle, so with this game plan in sight, Bb3 in my opinion would've been inconsistent even if computer like best move.

Well, I still think 14 Qd3 was pretty good...and I'm sure if we really looked, we could dredge up one or two others...

Qd3 is interesting move i didn't look into it much,my more interest was whether ive missed mate , and Ne5 led to mate and to be honest i did see that move in the game but i didnt analyze the variations, because i wanted to sacrifice more pieces and have fun tactically, there are many moves i made i knew wasnt best move but if the moves stresses ur opponent are just as effective sometimes, and no there is no other mate :) ive checked if you mean to play Qd7 instead of taking his queen with my rook i saw that move in the game and also later analyzed it there is no direct mate.

Sacrifice.
