Is this sacrifice sound?

I was playing this game on live chess, and I accidently missed a knight fork. At first I was a bit depressed but then I saw I could get some compensation.

It's not sound if you're playing against an experienced player.

What was the time control?

if it was a short blitz or a quick then i'd say it's great, real clever way to force your opponent into thinking, but if it was a longer blitz like 10 min or greater than it probably wasn't as good.

Nice win.But no,I don't think it was sound.

11.f5,Nxf5(idea is to return the piece, trade queens to take the sting out of any white attack and be happy winning an exchange and some pawns) 12.Qxd8,Rxd8 13.exf5,d5 14.fxg6,hxg6 15.Bb5,Nc2 (black is up 2 pawns + exchange) -+
or
11.f5,Nxf5 12.exf5,Qxh4 13.Nxh4,gxf5 14.d4(cutting black's dark squared bishop off from the queenside.Seems to me this is the best try to eventually get to the black knight),d5 15.Bd3,c4 16.Bb1,Bd7 (aiming for Ba4 controlling the c2 square so the knight can get out) 17.Bf4,Ba4 18.Rc1,b5 (with the idea of b4-b3 and the knight is saved.Maybe even get the entire queenside majority rolling and break through, not sure on that.In any case,I think black can save his knight and then he'd be up 3 pawns + an exchange) -+

That's my 2 cents.Better check these lines with an engine,I'm known for hilarious oversights in my games and analyses ;)
