This game was played in the world chess championship 1985 between Anatoly Karpov and Gary Kasparov.In the 16th game, the position was balanced with Kasparov playing the sicilian defence as black pawn-down until the 16th move...Nd3 after which Kasparov had greater control over the position and won the game
