To me, this is a London System with ...g6. I usually play ...e6/...b6 ideas instead. Black gets an easy game, or at least easily develops in the opening in this opening. I guess you can just develop quite similar to how you would play against the colle or torre attack. If you dont want to become too cramped you could refrain from this KID/fianchetto on Kingside system and play the e6/b6 ideas.

Hi guys . I am mostly looking for advice how to approach the KID when playing it as black . Usually, as a result of playing it incorrectly I get into cramped positions . I have added a gameI played recently to illustrate the point . The end result is not very important , as I only won the game because of a silly blunder by my opponent . As I say I am mostly looking for opening advice but any other comments are appreciated too.
