Playing bots is much more better for your chess. People cheat. Using bots. Bots are already better than humans, they don't need to cheat. There are undefeated bots that no human chess player ever defeated their certain versions. Humans blunder, internet connection goes etc. Bots don't face such issues. And most people play against bots so they get better when they play real people.
