You force blacks bishop to d7 to cut of the blacks queen line of sight to d5. If you play Bc4 immediately then black plays Nf6 and you can't defend the d5 pawn.
Move displayed as inaccuracy weird?

This is a picture from the analysis of one of my games.
In this position the engine says, that my move bishop to c4 was an inaccuracy but it displays the move Bishop to b5+ As the best move? when I click the line it continue like this Bishop d7 and then the line says whites bishop goes back to c4 to savety. What I don´t understand is what was the point of going to b5 first if a turn later The bishop lands on c4 anyway? Why not just go to c4 and save tempo? Why is that an inaccuracy? Can someone explain pls?
