Very nice! I played once vs. GM Alfonso Romero, I got crushed in 16 moves if I remember well, I played a Pirc!
My first OTB game against a Slovenian GM, Jure Škoberne!

Did you record the game?
Yeah, one shouldn't play Pirc against a GM

Sadly not, I've also played four times in 12-boards simuls given by a FM from Aranjuez and never have recorded them...

I remember playing a simul against Bent Larsen back in the early or mid 70s. I managed to last all of 14 moves.

huh
4... Bb4! fully equalizes. 4...Bc5 might also be okay, but not as strong.
It matters on the level I am, compared to GMs But sure, could be, however for me, I didn't feel like playing those variations because I lose or get unpleasant position
Meanwhile, there was a MVL - Caruana game from blitz qualifie last year here, with 6.d4

Unpleasant to me The same as I find KID (as black) or French (as white) unpleasant. Obviously nothing wrong with it, I just don't know how to play it (I mean, how to properly play it, the ideas etc). Would just need to take a look in a book.

Great game MSC! At some point it was looking as if you might even draw the game.
I must say the event was great. There was plenty to eat and drink and all participants got a tshirt and Kasparov's book My Great Predecessors. As MSC explained, Darja Kapš and Jure Škoberne were playing around 15 boards, making moves alternately, with Darja making the first one.
Here is my game with some thoughts:

Well, tough opponents. Try not to move same piece a million times and it will be okay.
Yeah that's pretty much it xD
Totally worth a look here, too! :)
