Well, in terms of analysis all one can say is OUCH.
In psychology terms, I feel you. Taking 10 seconds to think is something I always keep forgetting. In live chess, I have no problem when going toe to toe with 1500+ players, but can barely keep my rating above 1400. Why? I constantly lose to 1300 players in the stupidest ways you could think of.

I know what you mean. When I'm actually thinking, and i mean actually THINKING all the time about each move, I can generally do pretty well, but it's things like the above ^ stupid mistakes that i really fall down on.
I was about to checkmate the opponent's king, and i moved my queen and dealt the final blow, and then, well ... :(
FFS how could I have been so stupid !
