At your level, practice tactics here or at chesstempo.com with a free account.  There were some definite mistakes, obviously including allowing a back rank mate when you were winning, but spotting the pin allowing you to grab the free pawn at move 14 is very good at your rating level.  So I dont think you have a tactical weakness *for your rating level*, but nonetheless the kind of game it was, I dont have a lot of profound positional insight for you.  Practice tactis and post other games.  

Yes, both sides were dropping pieces right and left, apparently not even noticing, so just about any kind of practice would help: tactics, openings, positional play, or even just sheer volume of games played. For example, even the opening, which was a variation on the Patzer Opening (1. e4 e5 2. Qh5), has a standard response, 2...Nc6, which was also the correct move in this variation, so it would help to learn 2-3 moves into each common opening in order to reach a more playable middlegame.

A mixture of good and bad. The end was great, but why not 7. Nxe6? Or 9. Qh5+? And watch out about moving your f-pawn so early in the opening: 4...Bxe4 5. fxe4 Qh4+ 6. g3 Qxe4+ 7. Qe2 Qxh1 could've lost your rook!
