Nice game in the Caveman Caro-Kann
F4 has been done a bunch of times in this exact position, and it hasnt worked out too well! http://www.365chess.com/opening.php?m=18&n=2184842&ms=e4.c6.d4.d5.e5.Bf5.h4.h6.g4.Be4.f3.Bh7.e6.Qd6.exf7.Kxf7.f4&ns=3.31.21.32.35.35.612.5999.12470.35741.29110.56291.90750.102329.90751.1371864.2184842
Recently I started to look at a caveman approach to the closed Caro-Kann. It goes like this: 1. e4 c6 2.d4 d5 3.e5 Bf5 4.h4!? A real caveman move; the idea is to trap the bishop if balck plays e6??:-)
But the move is not bad at all - actually it makes a lot of sence to advance on the kingside, and in some variations black will suffer hardly on the white squares.
Yesterday I played a nice game in this caveman caro-kann and I want to share it with you.
I hope that some of you would like to play the caveman caro-kann!
