No voice from coach in review

I'm experiencing the same problem. Up until a couple of days ago, it seemed to be working. Now there's no voice coach on either my laptop or my Kindle Fire. If you're going to introduce a feature that everyone seems to like, make sure it's a fully functioning feature, not just a teaser.

I have the same issue when using the web browser version, it will work the first time and the voice is talking, but once I close it out and come back voice it not working and some info in the voice bubble is gone.

It works completely fine on my iPhone app, so there is an issue with it on web browsers. I am using Firefox.

This is still happening to me. And to be clear: the issue is that I want to know why a move was good or bad -- it's the text that you get that is valuable, not the voice itself (though it is charmingly terrible.)

My coach has a voice. You can turn voice off/on in settings. If you’re on the website, go to “all settings”, then click “coach”, here you can change your coach, and scroll down a little and you’ll see an option that says “Voice , coach will speak out loud with an audio” you can turn voice off or on, it’s your choice. Then save your settings, and you should hear an audio. (Make sure mute is off, and your volume is up).

If you’re on the app: go to “more”, then click “settings”, then click “coach”. You can change your coach, and scroll down a little: you’ll see a little green button (just like if you’re on a website), it will say “voice”, turn voice on and the button is green, turn voice off and voice is gray. If you’re still having trouble, please contact support. Thanks again.

Yes, I have noticed the happening when I use the Botez sisters. I’m not sure what coach you’re using, but I use coach Mae, and I think she’s more helpful. Honestly, I don’t think that having a bot coach is as good as having a real one. (I don’t have a real coach, but I think it would help me if I did). I’m sorry you’ve been experiencing problems, if this doesn’t help, perhaps there’s a glitch in the system, or something else that we don’t know. Thanks again.

I used to have the coach discuss the review of the previous game but has apparently done quiet. I have looked around my settings but I cannot find anywhere where I would have changed something. The game has sounds on, the speakers are working fine, and I have sounds enabled. I have looked for a "sound" button the UI but I cannot find one. Any help would be appreciated.

It sounds like you might not be that good at chess 😆😆😆

Hi, this is happening to me now since today! No voice from coach and no explanations, just description of best, mistake, etc.
