On move 12 if he pushes c4 you can't counter with f4 for 2 reasons Neg4 threatening Nf2+ where you either lose the exchange or lose the bishop or get mated if you try and hold on to both and cxd3 fxe5 dxe2 Qxe2 dxe5 and you are down a piece.
Your opponent played very badly in order to lose a rook up but good job on getting the win.
