If Black to move, try to distract by giving away pieces, push f-pawn, trying for a stalemate position. If white to move, as long as white checks, you are lost. Don't resign, make them work for it.

Hello fellow chess players, I hope you are having a nice day wherever you are in the world.
I am needing some help on a chess position that I have found myself in at my local chess game. This is the position in which we will pick up from next week, with me as the black pieces and my opponent as the white (Tried to flip the board so it was from blacks perspective, but it was being irritating, so bear with me).
I am aware that white has a M3 threat, with possible moves such as Qd3+. However, my opponent is not a regular player, so I am hopeful that he will not find any such lines, and yes, before you say anything, I know this is a poor position to be finding myself in, but I am by no means a strong player. I am here to ask for some recommended lines, and ideally the best moves to try and wriggle myself out of this tight position, as I am a game up (4.5-3.5 after 8 games, this current one being the ninth).
Any help is appreciated
