     Are there any videos that cover the middlegame after 1. e4 e5  2. Nf3 Nc6 3. d4 exd4 4. Nxd4 Nf6 5. Nc3 d6 6. Nxc6 bxc6.

Black has pawns on c7, c6 and d6.  How can White play against this pawn structure?

     More correctly, the move order could be:  1. e4 e5  2. Nf3 Nc6  3. Bb5 d6  4.  d4 exd4  5.  Nxd4  Bd7  6.  Nc3  Nf6  and then 7. Bxc6  bxc6, leaving Black with the pawn structure of c7, c6 and d6 and no black pawn on the e-file or b-file.  White has a pawn on e4 and no pawn on the d-file.

Do any authors or videos cover how to play for White and Black this species of pawn structure?
