I'm assuming White, since it says, "me vs Nn" instead of "Nn vs me."

13. f3 avoids the loss of a pawn.

19. Rg4 (instead of Rh4) would have won the black g-pawn, as it would be pinned to the King and attacked by both the Rook and the Bishop.
