Please help me get better!!!

Generally, you start the games well, but then you get lost, due to:
A lack of a plan based on the position
Failure to spot simple tactical moves by your opponent
Getting into a position where your opponent harasses you; drives you all over the board and exchange off your best pieces (bishops in good positions)
You need to study tactical positions: Tactics Trainer on Chess.com, so that you develop a clearer sight of the board.

Game 1 - c5 played too early. Correct is 8...b6 with the idea of Bb7 and c5, or Bb7, dxc4 and then c5.
Game 2 - 7.h3 to prevent Ng4. 14.c4 wasn't necessary. You probably should have played 14.h3 with the idea of doubling your rooks on "f" file (Rf2, Raf1). Then you can play g4, Ng3 and maybe g5 at some point.
Hope that helps
Just a little pointer, on your first game the opening was a perfectly fine book opening (the Semi-Slav) up until about move 5.Bg5, where the usual responses by Black are usually 5....Nbd7 (transposing to the Cambridge Springs Defence or Orthodox Defence), 5....dxc4 (after which Black can defend the gambit pawn with 6. ...b5) or 5....h6; instead of the 5. ...Be7 you played here (which is a little too passive).
I am ranked right around 1200 and this morning i played some dude ranked 1700.... here is how i lost in miserable fashion
