Hopefully more people are interested in analyzing chess games than chess personalities.
A non-premium member who not played since the start of the semester, I have no wins or losses to share currently. I'd hoped that people would not be shy or absorbed with egos, better go play a few to appease the personalities here.
As it currently stands, less people are interested in analyzing chess games than chess personalities.

Its never a loss when you learn something new.

ah, conviniant way to keep up your vainity and giant ego.
ummm... sounds like your support bad memory, arrongence, and non-experience since that is what playing chess games is all about, gaining experience. Also, It sounds like you got no gut and you go crying whenever you lose or whenever you are proven wrong (like now you will probably ban me couse' of that)
P.S. you are emmbaresing yourself by posting you "estimated FIDE rating" that is totaly BS unless i am a canidite master...
This is actually a pretty damn good topic. I'll have to look at my games to find where I snatched defeat from the jaws of victory.
Haha! I hope not! This thread should have traction, because we've all lost games we thought were surely won.
I have to "dig" myself to come up with some goodies. The only reason I haven't posted a game yet is because I typically forget about the game once it's over-win or lose.
I'm surprised nobody has the balls to post an embarrassing loss. It's just a game. Hell, I remember more of the chat in many games than I do the result.

- This is one of my best loses. I should have move 38. Re5 to g5 and may be I should have won the game. But instead, I moved Rxe6 and thats turn the game into a lossed one.ummm... sounds like your support bad memory, arrongence, and non-experience since that is what playing chess games is all about, gaining experience. It is been a while that you have shown that you are jelous of me. I understand now, you dont have to prove anything more. Plus, could you name two people that I have banned ? And all you seem to talk of is me. I have my own words and you are still trying to prove yourself better by just quoting things that I said.

First, how can you not tell that mosai was being sarcastic, you really need to start hearing peoples tone of voice.
Second, just go to one of your (lessons) and look at everyone who posted a bad comment then never posted again, you banned them, you want two, then probably me (for the second time, you really have anger managment problems, you ban me when i was being nice to you) and harrz and a soon to be baned mosai for being sarcasting and saying "shut up seb" (which you really should do.)

Well, sorry I cant really hear peoples tone of voice. They are writing lol. And this is the list of my banned users. They were all for a reason. And not for the lessons.
We've all had those games where you struggle, wheedle, swindle and almost-but-not-quite manage to win through. Maybe it's that game where you put up an epic defense but eventually couldn't hold back the tide, or maybe you were about to win when your opponent discovered a brilliant counter-attack.
Everyone likes posting their "best wins" but let's see those times that you deservedly won second place.
