Here is a 30 minute game I have played recently on chess.com. I wonder whether my plan up to the exchange sacrifice was sound (It worked out, but still ...) Thanks in advance!
Post your game for expert analysis

Are you still offering to analyze games heister?I want you to analyze a draw I achieved with a GM in a simul

Hi heister..pls check my game..due to time pressure, i missed a mating move by taking on the g pawn...
For 5.Qe2 what do you do about 5...Qe7 and after 24.fxg3 there is Qxg3+ Kh1 and Qxh3 + with a draw. I was in a musst win situation in that game

@upen2002: What happened if you would have played
14. Bxe4 fxe4 15. Qxe4? After 15... Bxf3 gxf3 will you have more or less the same situation, only will you have won a pawn extra and is your queen not pinned anymore. After 15... Bg6 comes 16. Qxe7 Qxd5 17. Be3 and the pawn on b2 is indirectly defended. Next move can it be played to b3.

@keny960: imo did you go wrong with 6. Nc3 in combination with 7. d4. That loses a pawn. Nc3 is imo not the best move anyhow, because it prevents white to play c3.
Better ways to defend the pawn are Re1, Qe2 and d3. The reasons are that after Nc3 you do not have a good way to protect the pawn on d4 if you would allow black to pin your knight on f3 playing Bg4 and the knight can be easily chased away from c3 playing b5 - b4.
I think that you should have played h3 after d6 to prevent the pin, but even better to avoid to play Nc3 at all.

@ isaac - I wrote some of these notes to much stronger players. If there is something you don't understand, feel free to ask and I'll do my best.
thanks, heister. I realy wish I hadn't resigned there, but I didn't notice the bishop was covering the c1 square, as you pointed out, which is why I resigned.
