To post your game you need to click on the little chess board to your left above your text box. It is located right next to the image icon. After that click "load from game history" and select the game you want to post by clicking the box next to your game. Then just load the game and post it.

Focus on the board more often. You make a lot of blunders and mistakes. Look out for your opponents blunders. I saw you had many misses but as long as you start studying the middlegame and endgame more you'll get the hang of it.

there are plenty of vids on the King's Indian and teaching every variation on a forum would just not make sense. Here is your general setup on the King's Indian defense though in an example against the queen's gambit.
