I've reached this position a lot of times and I always don't know what to play. It seems like white has a strong attack but how can you turn it to desisive advantage. Any ideas?

I like Qg3 here or possibly fxg6 first then Qg3, white seems a little better in both lines but I dont see a clear win here.....
